How to verify us in 6 steps

We'd rather you verify everything yourself than rely on our word. Here's the exact sequence.

Ask for the LP document copy

Request the LP document from our team. Match survey numbers against the site plan.

Verify the LP on HMDA DPMS

Go to dpms.hmda.gov.in, search by LP number, and confirm road widths and open space match the ground reality.

Get the Encumbrance Certificate

Pull the EC for your chosen plot from registration.telangana.gov.in. It should show no pending loans or legal issues.

Check Bhu Bharati survey records

Cross-check survey numbers on bhubharati.telangana.gov.in. Look at the 10–15 year ownership chain.

Run the 22-A prohibited-property check

Confirm the plot is not on the Telangana prohibited list. All our plots are clear — verify yourself to be sure.

Proceed to spot registration

Our team arranges your Sub-Registrar slot, prepares paperwork, and is present on the day.
