Our story

From one HMDA layout to east Hyderabad's most trusted plot developer.

Young India Housing was founded in 2007 with one idea: open plots in east Hyderabad deserved the same transparency, compliance, and after-sale care that apartment buyers had come to expect. In a market where land titles were opaque and documentation was routinely an afterthought, we chose the harder path — HMDA approval, spot registration, and a clear-title guarantee on every plot we sold.

That foundation has aged well. What began as a family-run developer has scaled into a 9-project active portfolio stretching from Ghatkesar and Bibinagar to the AIIMS corridor and the Pocharam IT belt. Across boom cycles and correction years, we have registered every plot on the spot, honoured every token, and never launched a layout we hadn't approved ourselves.

The corridor we chose has rewarded that patience. AIIMS Bibinagar, ORR Exit 9, the Hyderabad–Warangal six-lane, Infosys Pocharam (447 acres), Raheja Mindspace and Singapore Township have all materialised around our early layouts. Buyers who trusted us in 2010 for ₹X are seeing values in multiples — and we've stayed close to each of them through referrals, renewals, and second-plot purchases.

The company is incorporated as Young India Housing Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U70109TG2013PTC090656), ISO 9001:2015 certified, and registered under RERA for qualifying project phases. Our head office is at Dr. A.S. Rao Nagar, Secunderabad, and site teams run every weekend at each active layout.

Mr. Chella Rajendra Reddy founded Young India Housing in 2007 with a conviction that land ownership in east Hyderabad could be both transparent and aspirational. Nearly two decades later, that conviction has delivered 14+ projects and 10,000+ happy families across the Hyderabad–Warangal corridor.
A hands-on leader with 20+ years in real estate, he personally reviews every HMDA submission, RERA filing, and title before a plot is listed for sale. His approach has shaped a company where spot registration, clear titles, and plot-owner-first decisions are non-negotiable — and has earned YIH its 4.4/5 JustDial rating and ISO 9001:2015 certification.
