Young India Housing was founded in 2007 with one idea: open plots in east Hyderabad deserved the same transparency, compliance, and after-sale care that apartment buyers had come to expect. In a market where land titles were opaque and documentation was routinely an afterthought, we chose the harder path — HMDA approval, spot registration, and a clear-title guarantee on every plot we sold.
That foundation has aged well. What began as a family-run developer has scaled into a 9-project active portfolio stretching from Ghatkesar and Bibinagar to the AIIMS corridor and the Pocharam IT belt. Across boom cycles and correction years, we have registered every plot on the spot, honoured every token, and never launched a layout we hadn't approved ourselves.
The corridor we chose has rewarded that patience. AIIMS Bibinagar, ORR Exit 9, the Hyderabad–Warangal six-lane, Infosys Pocharam (447 acres), Raheja Mindspace and Singapore Township have all materialised around our early layouts. A hands-on leader with 20+ years in real estate, he personally reviews every HMDA submission, RERA filing, and title before a plot is listed for sale.
