Eastern Meadows in Frame

Real site photos and construction walkthroughs from the ground.

Latest from the ground

Dated updates from our on-site team — construction milestones, approvals, and what's next.

  1. 20 August 2026

Work under full swing across the layout

Every trade is running at once on site — internal roads graded and flagged, plot markers set, kerb stones being laid along the road edges, storm-water drain channels cast, the drainage pipeline in its trench, precast compound wall panels standing and street-light poles up. Two walkthrough videos cover the layout end to end.

  2. 12 August 2026

Internal roads metalled between finished kerbs

With kerbing complete, the internal roads have received their stone base course, spread and compacted the full width between the kerb lines. Several stretches now read as finished roads rather than formations — straight kerb lines, an even metal surface and levelled plot land on either flank. The completed overhead water tank stands behind the new road, so the layout's road and water networks are converging on the same stretch of site.

  3. 10 August 2026

Kerb stones set along the road edges

Precast kerb stones were distributed along both edges of the main corridor and set to line and level. The drain lines run immediately behind the kerbs, so kerbing and backfilling are progressing together — by the end of this stretch both edges carry a drain with inspection chambers, servicing plots 32 through 41.

Road corridor at Eastern Meadows with corrugated drainage pipe and brick chambers laid along both edges, plot markers 32, 38, 40 and 41 visible against the compound wall
  4. 8 August 2026

Drainage mains and inspection chambers along the new roads

The underground drainage network extended further along the road alignments this week. Pipe has been jointed and set to grade in open trench past plot markers 31, 32, 41 and 42, with circular brick inspection chambers built up over the line at each junction. The road formation alongside is already levelled and kerb stones are stacked on the shoulder, so the trenches close and the road edge follows immediately behind the pipe crew.

    Overhead water tank almost complete

The overhead water tank is close to done. The tank has been cast on its column staging, the spiral access staircase is in place, and the scaffolding is still up for the final finishing. Once it is stripped and cured, the tank ties into the layout's water distribution network so every plot draws from a completed overhead supply.

    More work on drainage

The underground drainage network is being extended further into the layout. Trenches have been cut along the road alignments, the pipe main laid and jointed in continuous runs, and brick inspection chambers built over it at plots 90 and 96. Once the chambers cure, the trenches get backfilled and compacted so road formation can follow over a completed drainage line.

Drainage pipeline laid along the road alignments

Underground drainage work is in full swing across the layout. Trenches have been cut along the internal road alignments and the drainage pipeline is being laid and jointed in continuous runs past the marked plots, with kerb stones stacked alongside for the road works that follow. Once backfilled, every road in the layout sits on a completed underground drainage network.

Clearing the way for road formation

Road corridors across the layout have been cleared, graded and compacted ahead of road laying. The 60ft road's central median stands ready with carriageways levelled on both sides, and the flag-lined avenues now trace every road alignment against the completed compound wall.

Park area with decorative railing, entrance avenue and sales office

The park area is taking shape with its decorative steel railing in place, and the grand entrance avenue with the on-site sales office is now ready. The project frontage is presentable to visitors, and site visits are open by appointment.

Internal roads, kerb stones and storm-water drains

Internal roads have been graded and precast kerb stones with side storm-water drains are being lined along the avenue. The layout grid is now clearly defined on the ground, with flag-lined roads marking the spine.

60ft road divider and overhead water tank

Vertical work has begun: the central road divider on the 60ft road is being built up in concrete block, and the overhead water tank has commenced with column and staging work. Both are key milestones toward a fully serviced layout.

Site formation, plotting and underground water sump

Layout earthwork and plot demarcation are progressing, the internal road alignment has been formed, and the underground water sump has been cast. The flag avenue is installed along the spine road, putting the foundations for the layout's core infrastructure in the ground.
